VISA Telephone Scam

Please be advised several members have called or come in with concerns regarding phone calls that they have received stating that it is Northern Star Credit Union and is asking for their card numbers.  On the credit card side the recording said that the account was suspended due to delinquency and that they must press one to enter in their information, and the debit card side the recording said that the account’s security was at risk and to reinstate it please press one and enter the account number.

Please do not give your information to these people, Northern Star Credit Union will never call you and ask for your account information.
